Veysentra is owned and operated by sole proprietor Doner Shakirov.

These Terms govern your use of Veysentra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Users under 13 may not independently create an account. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervised use by a minor.

How the service works

Veysentra may provide SOS countdowns, voice-triggered protection, trusted-contact alerts, safety check-ins, location links, journey features, local notifications, and alert history. Features may change during testing and development. You are responsible for configuring permissions, confirming trusted-contact details, keeping your device charged and connected, and testing your setup safely.

No guaranteed delivery or response

Messages, location updates, voice detection, notifications, and other features may be delayed, filtered, inaccurate, or unavailable because of device settings, noise, battery level, network coverage, carrier rules, service-provider failures, recipient opt-outs, or other conditions. Veysentra does not guarantee that any alert will be delivered, read, or acted upon. Never rely on Veysentra as your only means of obtaining help.

Emergency services

Veysentra does not currently contact 911 or other emergency services automatically. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number when it is safe and possible. App language must not be interpreted as confirmation that police, medical personnel, or another responder has been contacted.

Trusted contacts and consent

You may invite people you know to become trusted contacts. You must have their permission before entering or using their phone number for Veysentra alerts. Trusted contacts must affirmatively agree before automatic SMS begins. Do not add strangers, emergency-service numbers, public hotlines, or anyone who has asked not to receive messages.

SMS terms

Trusted contacts who opt in may receive safety alerts when a Veysentra user activates SOS or misses a configured check-in. Messages may contain a location link. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. See the SMS Consent page.

Acceptable use

You may not use Veysentra to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, track without consent, send spam, submit false emergencies, interfere with the service, evade opt-outs, or violate law or another person’s rights. We may restrict or terminate misuse and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Location, permissions, and recording

You control device permissions. Do not use location, microphone, speech-recognition, or messaging features unlawfully. Consent and privacy laws vary, and you are responsible for using Veysentra lawfully.

Subscriptions and charges

If paid subscriptions are offered, prices and included features will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by Apple’s applicable terms. Carrier message and data charges may apply independently.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address technical issues. You may stop using Veysentra at any time and permanently delete your account from Settings in the app. You may also contact support for account-deletion assistance.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or successful emergency outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Because consumer-protection rules differ by location, these Terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
